1 In Vitro Diagnostics and Laboratory Equipment

In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) equipment and life science laboratory instruments are highly dependent on high-precision heating elements. Ceramic heating sheets and Peltier thermoelectric cooling and heating elements are used in Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) instruments, to achieve precise temperature rise and fall control of ±0.1℃, and ensure the accuracy and repeatability of nucleic acid amplification. Miniature heating modules and constant temperature heating plates are adopted in biochemical analyzers, hematology analyzers, and microplate readers, realizing constant temperature incubation of reagents and samples to ensure the accuracy of test results. Uniform heating plates and heating tubes are equipped in freeze dryers and constant temperature incubators, providing constant temperature and humidity control of the cavity, adapting to the cultivation and preservation needs of biological samples and strains.

2 Clinical Treatment and Rehabilitation Equipment

In clinical treatment and rehabilitation equipment, heating elements are the core functional unit. Low-voltage safe heating elements are used in infusion warmers and hemodialysis equipment, to achieve constant temperature heating of infused fluids and avoid vascular irritation and adverse reactions caused by low-temperature fluid input into the human body. Ceramic heating plates and PTC heating elements are adopted in the humidifiers of ventilators and anesthesia machines, realizing constant temperature humidification of inhaled gas to ensure the patient's breathing comfort and treatment effect. Carbon fiber heating elements and far-infrared heating tubes are applied in infrared physiotherapy instruments and hot compress rehabilitation equipment, improving local blood circulation through hyperthermia to meet the clinical needs of rehabilitation physiotherapy.

3 Medical Sterilization and Infection Control Equipment

Medical sterilization equipment has extremely high requirements for high temperature and high pressure resistance, and long-life stable operation of heating elements. Food and medical grade stainless steel heating tubes are used in autoclaves and pulse vacuum sterilizers, to generate high-temperature and high-pressure steam in the sterilization cavity and meet medical-grade sterilization standards. Finned heating tubes and explosion-proof heating elements are adopted in dry heat sterilization ovens and ethylene oxide sterilization equipment, realizing aseptic treatment of medical devices and fully ensuring the safety of clinical use.
